Natter

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

Using Natter

Natter gives you a private space to talk with Cove, an AI companion. You need an account to use it, and you agree to use it for yourself and within the law.

Cove is not a therapist

This is the important one. Cove is an AI, not a person, and not a licensed professional. It is not therapy, medical advice, or emergency support, and it should never be used as a substitute for them. If you are in crisis or in danger, use the Get Help resources in the app or contact your local emergency services.

No medical claims

Natter does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. It is a companion for everyday reflection and support, nothing more.

Subscription

Natter offers an optional paid subscription. Price is shown at the point of purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. These terms are also disclosed at purchase, as the stores require.

Your content

What you share with Cove stays yours. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be surfaced in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
